Flange Repair Clamps - Stop leaks in flange gaskets
Flange Repair Clamps provide a fast, reliable solution for stopping flange gasket leaks—without costly shutdowns. Notably, they require no special surface preparation and are easy to install, making them both time-saving and efficient. In fact, your maintenance team can handle installation with minimal effort, needing only basic cleaning of the flange. Thus, they are ideal for both routine and emergency repairs.
Moreover, the clamps use injection sockets to seal leaks by injecting a suitable sealant. If needed, temporary gaskets can be used when small gaps exist between flanges, aiding the sealing process before and during injection. To ensure performance, each unit is hydrotested per ANSI standards at 1.3 times the operating pressure. Additionally, the clamps are reusable and can be easily removed and reinstalled.

In addition, the rubber lining—available in EPDM or NBR—offers strong resistance to water and gas, ensuring effective sealing. Since there are no loose parts, there’s no risk of losing components during installation. Even when used on non-round pipes, the clamp adapts to the shape for a secure fit. Finally, Teflon-coated threads prevent galling, allowing smoother, more reliable assembly.
