RELI Wall sleeves are available as per the global standards – ISO; ANSI; API; MSS; DIN, EN1092-1; UNI; JIS; BS 4504; GOST; NFE; ETC., and as per the Clients requirements.

The steel is readily available from stock in 2” through 30” diameter sizes of 12’ lengths. Wall Sleeves are supplied in standard lengths of 400 mm and can be easily trimmed to suit the wall thickness on site. Custom lengths and sizes are available upon request.

 

GALVANIZED Steel Wall Sleeves are used to fulfil Waterproofing and Plumbing requirements, It provides an option to create a hole by penetrating the concrete wall. They are placed into the frame before pouring, which provides a very clean hole. A water stop ring of 2” height is provided above the pipe concentrically and a seamless continuous Weld made on both sides of collar (water-stop), for both stability and protection like a impermeable seal against moisture penetrating the wall caused by capillary action OR environmental hazards, and to firmly hold in place. The Wall Sleeves have pipes and conduit running through them that can be sealed as & when required.a

Stainless steel wall sleeves are mainly used in the construction of drinking water facilities, chemical facilities and sewage plants due to their high resistance to corrosion.
If corrosion resistance is not a main priority, it is more economical to use galvanized or plain black wall sleeves.

Cast Iron Wall Sleeves are the most commonly used for insulation, which meet all building regulations relating to fire rated walls.

PVC / UPVC wall sleeves clean out and air vent for overhead tank, Under Ground sumps, Septic tank and Lift Well.

RELI Wall sleeves Application

1) Provide a corrosion-resistant sealing surface for pipes penetrating through floors, walls, foundation, or any concrete barrier, safeguarding pipes and structural components.
2) The sleeves are available as a stand-alone product or with our MetraSeal wall penetration seal to provide a water-tight seal / sleeve system.
3) Clients, architects, mechanical engineers, and consultants can also ensure that each pipe is adequately sleeved in a very cost -effective manner.
