PIN-HOLE LEAK REPAIR CLAMP
RELI-SLEEVE – PIN HOLE repair Clamp OR NEEDLE CLAMP OR PIT-HOLE is a very cognizant straight forward, effortless unit diligent way of treating leakage problems and does not require any special tools or expertise.
The Clamp can be used in open space & under water conditions irrespective of the pipe surface. The Clamp needs to be placed such that the Pin & Cone covers the leak hole area. The SS pin acts as a pivot over the leak hole and the rubber cone is than positioned. As both the Nuts are tightened with equal force, the cone gets compressed and expands sufficiently covering over the leak hole and eventually stops the leakage.

Pipe Pin-hole leak repair clamp utilizes a locator pin which guides a pointed cone seal into the leaking hole. Pressure is then applied to the cone seal by a force screw and once the seal is compressed the pin may be removed thus completing the seal. Pit hole clamp repair leaks are capable of withstanding working pressures of up to 138 bar (2000 psi). Pin-hole leak repair clamps: are specially engineered to repair high pressure leaks in pipelines. Easy to install use to repair small corrosion pit holes.

Physical and mechanical properties remain stable across a wide temperature range, -136 °C, and the maximum as high as 316 °C.
Resistant to attack by most chemicals.
