Pipe Welding Pneumatic Clamp

RELI SLEEVES offers a diverse selection of Pipe Welding Pneumatic Clamps built on extensive industry experience. These clamps ensure swift and precise alignment of two pipe joints during welding operations. Each clamp features independently operated pneumatic heads, accommodating pipes with varying wall thicknesses.

Our “Pull type – travelled” Internal Line up Clamp Pneumatic is manually pulled to the next joint. These clamps require compressed air at 100-145 psi (7-10 bars), with a maximum safe working pressure of 175 psi (12 bars).

For pipe sizes ranging from 6” to 20”, we offer a Non-Self type travelled clamp.

Features of Pipe Welding Pneumatic Clamp

The Pipe Welding Pneumatic Clamp delivers robust performance and high efficiency, purpose-built to withstand the demanding conditions of pipeline spread operations. It comes in sizes ranging from 6” to 20”, offering broad compatibility across pipeline diameters. Moreover, its integrated air tank supplies consistent pressure, aligning incoming pipe joints with precision for secure and accurate welding. Additionally, operators can use conversion kits to adapt clamp sizes from 12” to 20” for two pipe sizes, enhancing flexibility during fieldwork. These conversion kits, designed to fit various pipe dimensions, are also available upon request, further improving the system’s adaptability.

Furthermore, users can quickly adjust the clamp settings using an SPM (Special Purpose Machine) based on the pipe wall thickness, ensuring optimal welding conditions. To support continuous operations, the reserve air tank maintains lineup pressure at the next joint, helping reduce downtime. In addition, alloy steel wheels enable the clamp to travel smoothly along the pipeline, even across rough terrain. In conclusion, the Pipe Welding Pneumatic Clamp delivers precision, resilience, and adaptability, making it a critical asset in today’s pipeline construction and maintenance efforts.
